Dr Moore and his staff are the best! I’ve known him and worked with him in the OR for years and will only go to him for any foot issues. So good with patients and an excellent Surgeon! We drove over an hour one way to go to him. Well worth it!

I am diabetic and since I found Dr. Moore (several years ago), I feel he and his staff treat me like family. I have very touchy feet and they all have a gentle touch. Now that he is in Conway, I am happy to drive from Benton to receive such excellent care every ten weeks.
– Dottie D

When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately waited on. The staff was very nice and had all my insurance and necessary information for my visit taken care of already. I was taken to a room with Dr. Moore coming in shortly after for consult. He was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I was taken care of well. I’m so glad I chose to go here. I will be going to this facility again.

Exceptional office! Staff is SUPER friendly and Dr. Moore is great! I got to where I couldn’t hardly walk on my foot. I had seen a different dr before I went to see Dr. Moore and they thought I had gout. I ended up making an appt with Dr. Moore and he did more xrays and found a small crack on the top of my foot. He put me in a boot for a long time, (seems like) and even though I wasn’t a good patient at times, Dr. Moore was very patient with me. If your looking for a foot dr, he’s the one. He cares about his patients!
– Jamie L

Give this kind-hearted doctor (Dr. Moore) a call if you find yourself in pain and in need of a competent podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. He cares deeply about his patients, does his best to maximize conservative treatment and only operates when absolutely necessary, all attributes that speak to his quality character.

This Conway clinic is a huge blessing for me and answer to my prayers. Dr. Moore isolated my foot problems immediately, and treated it. He is friendlly, kind, and professional. His clinic will be a major asset in Conway and the River Valley area. Now, I can see a brighter future without major pain. The staff were extremely helpful too. They took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Dr. Moore and staff for your help.

Why Your Toes Cramp and What You Can Do About It
Have you ever been relaxing on the couch when your toes suddenly curl and tighten without warning? Maybe it happened during a walk around your neighborhood, in the middle of the night, or while exercising. Toe cramps are surprisingly common, yet many people dismiss them as nothing more than a minor inconvenience.
At Central Arkansas Foot and Ankle Specialists, we see patients throughout Arkansas who are frustrated by recurring cramps that interfere with their daily activities. While occasional cramping may not be a cause for concern, frequent episodes can point to an underlying problem that deserves attention.
Understanding why your toes cramp and knowing what you can do about it can help you stay comfortable and prevent more serious foot issues from developing.
How Heat Affects Foot Circulation and What to Do About It
Hot weather can affect the body in many ways, and your feet are often one of the first places where those changes become noticeable. During warmer months, many people experience swelling, heaviness, discomfort, or fatigue in their feet and ankles without realizing that heat and circulation are closely connected. At Central Arkansas Foot and Ankle Specialists, we regularly help patients manage circulation-related foot issues that become more noticeable during periods of high temperatures and increased activity.
Understanding how heat affects circulation can help you recognize early warning signs, protect your foot health, and prevent more serious complications from developing over time.
What Your Toenails Can Reveal About Your Health
Most people think of their toenails as purely cosmetic, but they can actually provide valuable insight into your overall health. Changes in color, texture, thickness, or shape may be more than an appearance issue. In many cases, your toenails are one of the first places where underlying health concerns begin to show.
At Central Arkansas Foot and Ankle Specialists, we often remind patients that healthy feet include healthy nails. Paying attention to subtle changes can help you identify problems early and seek treatment before they become more serious.
If you’ve noticed your toenails looking different lately, here’s what they might be trying to tell you.
Foot Care Tips for Long Walks, Vacations, and Travel
Travel often sounds relaxing in theory, but your feet may tell a different story by the end of the trip. Long days of sightseeing, extended airport walks, standing in lines, and hours spent in unfamiliar shoes can quickly lead to soreness, swelling, and fatigue. At Central Arkansas Foot and Ankle Specialists, we regularly see patients dealing with foot pain after vacations or travel-heavy schedules, especially during the busy summer season. We’ve prepared a handful of foot care tips to prepare you for your next trip for a pain-free experience.
The good news is that many travel-related foot problems are preventable. Taking care of your feet before and during a trip can make a major difference in your comfort, mobility, and overall experience. Whether you are preparing for a family vacation, work trip, or weekend getaway, a proactive approach to foot care for travel helps reduce discomfort and keeps you moving comfortably.
